 The Rev. Dr. Jill Olds is a graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary; she was ordained in 2009 and has since worked as a hospital chaplain in Pennsylvania, and in several UCC churches in Massachusetts and Connecticut.  In addition to her church work, Jill has served as the Director of the Yale Youth Ministry Institute at Yale Divinity School since 2019.  At Yale, Jill teaches the school's first-ever Certificate Program in Leadership, and develops curricula and continuing education resources for those working in youth ministry.

 Jill is trained in interim/transitional work, and is a certified spiritual director; she has engaged with individuals, staffs, and congregations to help them discern where God is at work, and to dream with them about next steps in their spiritual journey.  She is a proud graduate of the UCC NGLI leadership program, and holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from Duke Divinity School in Church Leadership.

Jill is grateful to be a spouse to Kevin and a parent to two children.  When not doing church work or enjoying family time, she relishes in cooking, reading twisty novels, and planning her next Disney, National Park, or international adventure. (Seriously, ask her about her travels-- she'll talk all day!)
